Lower Back Troubles
by Mark Bezzina

I had some real trouble with my lower back, to the point where it took me about five minutes to comfortably sit down. Running was out of the question, and even walking gave me extreme pain. It eventually got to the point where pain would shoot down my leg every time I walked. I was basically a wreck, and this went on for about 11 months.

I had tried different pain killers, anti-inflammatories, Tylenol, Ibuprofin, and bed rest, all to no avail, when my dad suggested I try chiropractic.

I then visited Dr. Hardick’s office. He took some x-rays, and found that a vertebra was severely out of place. It was recommended that I come in daily for adjustments, which I did. I improved immediately.

I am so glad my dad hooked me up with chiropractic. I play almost every kind of sport, but my main interest is in martial arts, and I had to bench any practicing for nine months because of the pain. About two weeks after seeing Dr. Hardick, I was back in fighting form and studying martial arts regularly again.

This stuff works!
