Covid-19 Response


The COVID-19 pandemic is ongoing and ensuring the health and wellbeing of our patients remains our number one priority. In June of 2020, the Ontario Ministry of Health allowed medical professionals, including licensed chiropractors, to re-open their offices.

We have made substantial changes to our business operations to keep our staff and patients safe. This is a moment of transition for us and our goal is to resume our services as normally as we can given the circumstances. We’d like to extend our gratitude to our patients for their kindness and understanding as we all navigate this unprecedented moment in time.


Scheduling Appointments:


Moving forward, our office will only be accepting patients that have scheduled appointments to sanitize and ensure we’re following social distancing protocols. We encourage our patients to book several appointments ahead of time to reduce wait times.

Hardick Chiropractic Centre has a new mobile app! Our new app is designed to save our patients from having to call to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments. During your next appointment, ask one of our staff members for help in setting you up with the app – you’ll be amazed by its convenience!


Scheduling Issues


If there happen to be any issues with your appointment, try to give us a call with as much notice as possible. We understand that all of our patients have unique needs and we’ll do everything in our power to accommodate them


If you require more time than what’s been scheduled or you’re running late, reach out to us and we’ll ensure that you’re well taken care of.


Cleaning Protocol


Following an adjustment, we diligently clean and sanitize all of our tables and equipment. Understandably, you may require more time after the adjustment to dress and gather all of your possessions. If you do need that extra time to prepare yourself, ensure that you shut the door after you’re done – this is done to ensure all rooms are not used until they are cleaned.


COVID-19 Screening Protocol


As previously mentioned, the COVID-19 pandemic is ongoing, therefore, it’s imperative that we pre-screen our patients before granting them access to our office. Pre-screening is done to ensure our practice is not compromised by an asymptomatic carrier of COVID-19. We truly thank everyone for understanding how important it is to prevent the contraction and spread of this contagious virus.
